– Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1-Combine pineapple, kiwis, mandarin oranges (or clementines), and pomegranate arils in a large bowl.
2-In a small bowl, whisk together lemon (or lime) juice, honey, and poppy seeds until well blended.
3-Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all fruit is evenly coated.
4-If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
