🍊 A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad that features fresh seasonal ingredients with a light, sweet dressing.

Ingredients

– 3 cups cubed pineapple

– 1 cup peeled, quartered, and sliced kiwis

– 2 cups mandarin orange or clementine segments

– 1/2 cup pomegranate arils

– 3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice

– 3 tablespoons honey

– 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

– Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1-Combine pineapple, kiwis, mandarin oranges (or clementines), and pomegranate arils in a large bowl.

2-In a small bowl, whisk together lemon (or lime) juice, honey, and poppy seeds until well blended.

3-Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all fruit is evenly coated.

4-If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
