– 3 cups chicken stock keeps everything moist and flavorful

– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce for a tangy, umami boost

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch used for thickening the sauce to perfection

Instructions

1-Getting started with this turkey wings recipe is as easy as pie, and it all begins with a little prep work. First, take your 3 1/2 pounds of turkey wings and rub them down with a mix of 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. Let those wings soak up the flavors in the fridge for 60 minutes to really lock in the taste.

2-Once marinated, grab a roasting pan and add in 2 large chopped onions, 1 large thinly sliced green bell pepper, and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Pour around the wings with 3 cups of chicken stock and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce to create a flavorful base. Now, pop the pan into an oven preheated to 350°F (177°C) and bake it covered for about 2 hours until the wings are nice and tender.

3-After that, uncover the pan and let the wings brown for another 15 minutes to get that crispy edge. To finish, scoop out some of the sauce, mix in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken it up, pour it back in, and bake for 15-20 more minutes until everything is just right. Remember, the total time for this whole process is around 3 hours and 40 minutes, so plan ahead for a rewarding meal.

4-Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare your roasting pan.

5-Marinate the wings as described for at least 60 minutes.

6-Add vegetables and liquids around the wings.

7-Bake covered for 2 hours, then uncover for browning.

8-Thicken the sauce and bake again for the final touch.
