🦃 Turkey Party Rolls combine savory turkey and melty Swiss cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
🍯 Finished with a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze, these rolls are perfect for holidays, game days, or casual snacks.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 rolls

Ingredients

– One tube crescent roll dough

– 1/2 pound thinly-sliced turkey breast

– 8 slices thinly-sliced cheese (such as Swiss or Gouda)

– 1/4 cup honey for glaze

– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for glaze

– 1/4 cup whole grain or Dijon mustard for glaze

– 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar for glaze

– 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for glaze

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking pan.

2-Whisk together glaze: Whisk together honey, Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar, and cayenne pepper to create the glaze.

3-Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent dough and press it into a 10 by 15-inch (25 by 38 cm) rectangle, sealing seams.

4-Layer the ingredients: Layer the turkey evenly over the dough, then top with cheese slices.

5-Roll and slice: Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log, pinch the seam to seal, and slice into 12 equal pieces.

6-Arrange and glaze: Arrange the rolls in the baking pan and drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) of the glaze over each.

7-Bake: Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

8-Serve: Serve warm with the remaining glaze as a dipping sauce.
