Ingredients

– 3 cups apple juice or apple cider

– 2 gallons cold water

– 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves

– 5 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 1/2 cups kosher salt

– 2 cups brown sugar

– 3 tablespoons peppercorns

– 5 whole bay leaves

– Peel of three large oranges

Instructions

1- Clean the turkey and pat it dry for better absorption.

2- Heat the brine ingredients until dissolved, then cool them down.

3- Submerge and refrigerate the turkey for the right amount of time.

4- Rinse and dry the turkey before cooking.
