– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt

– 1 cup tomato bruschetta

– 1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

– 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1-First, combine 8 oz. of softened goat cheese, 4 oz. of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup of plain full-fat Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2-Next, add 2 grated garlic cloves and 1 cup of tomato bruschetta to the cheese mixture, stirring everything together for an even blend of flavors.

3-Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then drizzle it with 1 to 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze for a tangy sweetness.

4-Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until the dip is golden and bubbly on top.
