Ingredients

– 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta

– 1 pound ground beef

– 16 ounces salsa (1 jar)

– 10-3/4 ounces undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup (1 can)

– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to get ready for baking.

2-Cook pasta: Cook the 2 cups of uncooked spiral pasta according to the package directions until itโ€™s just right.

3-Cook ground beef: In a large pot over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until itโ€™s no longer pink, then drain the fat away.

4-Stir in salsa and soup: Stir in 16 ounces of salsa, 10-3/4 ounces of undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup, and half of the 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, heating everything through for a creamy mix.

5-Combine pasta and meat mixture: Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the meat mixture, stirring well to combine.

6-Transfer to baking dish and add cheese: Transfer the mixture to a greased 11ร—7-inch baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

7-Bake: Cover the dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts and everything bubbles nicely.
