– 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

– 1 red bell pepper, sliced

– 1 cup sugar snap peas

– 1 medium onion, sliced

– 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

– 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1-First: coat 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces, with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

2-Heat: oil in a skillet and cook the chicken in batches until it’s golden and done.

3-Once: the chicken is set aside, sautΓ© the vegetables starting with the sliced onion, followed by the bell peppers, and add the sugar snap peas and minced garlic last to keep them crisp.

4-Return: the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce made from 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (or a substitute like white vinegar), 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 to 2 teaspoons of garlic chili sauce, and 2 tablespoons of ketchup.

5-Simmer: everything until the sauce thickens, then garnish with 2 chopped green onions.
