1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 cup mozzarella balls
ΒΌ cup chopped basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Β½ teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
ΒΌ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme

Instructions
1-Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and slice them in half to prepare them.
2-In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.
3-In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano or thyme to make the dressing.
4-Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and toss gently to mix everything evenly.
5-Refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
6-Just before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
