Instructions

1-Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2-In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Add the water and whisk until smooth. Stir in the cauliflower to coat thoroughly.

3-Lift the coated cauliflower from the batter and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to crowd. Work in batches if needed.

4-Air fry for 9 minutes. Carefully flip the cauliflower and brush with buffalo sauce. Air fry for another 5-10 minutes until edges are dark and crisp.

5-Remove from the air fryer and brush with additional buffalo sauce. Serve immediately with optional vegan ranch for dipping.
