Ingredients

– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

– 2 tablespoons sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup diced strawberries

– 4 tortillas (6 inch)

– 2 tablespoons butter, softened

– 1 teaspoon sugar for sprinkling

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1-Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together: until smooth.

2-Gently fold diced strawberries: into the cream cheese mixture.

3-Spread half of the strawberry cream cheese mixture: on one tortilla.

4-Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan on medium-high: Place the tortilla cream cheese side up in the pan.

5-Spread 1 teaspoon butter on a second tortilla: and place it on top of the first, butter side down.

6-Cook both sides: for 2-3 minutes each or until crispy.

7-Mix cinnamon and sugar: and sprinkle on top of the cooked quesadilla.

8-Repeat for the second quesadilla: or cook both simultaneously on a griddle.

9-Remove from heat, let sit for 2 minutes, slice, and serve with strawberry sauce:
