Instructions

3. Place up to 2 pounds of steak in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
4. Let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours for tougher cuts.
5. Before cooking, bring steak to room temperature and wipe off excess marinade.
6. Discard any used marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.
7. Cook steak to your preferred doneness and rest before serving.
