Ingredients

– 14 ounces fully cooked smoked sausage (such as kielbasa, andouille, polish, chicken, or turkey sausage)

– 1 pound small creamer potatoes, cubed

– Β½ pound green beans, cleaned and halved

– Β½ yellow onion, diced

– 1 red bell pepper, diced

– 2 teaspoons paprika

– 2 teaspoons granulated garlic

– 1 teaspoon salt

– Β½ teaspoon black pepper

– Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

1-Prepare all ingredients: Cube the potatoes, clean and halve the green beans, dice the onion and bell pepper, and slice the smoked sausage.
