Instructions

1-First, spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to avoid any sticking issues. Then, add the quartered potatoes at the bottom for a sturdy base. Next, place the 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces, on top of the potatoes.

2-Now, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning over the mix for that herbal punch. Pour in the 12-ounce bottle of parmesan garlic sauce and 1/2 cup of chicken broth to keep everything moist. Finally, top with 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
