Ingredients
3 cans green beans (14.5 oz / 411 g each, drained)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz / 298 g each)
1/3 cup (about 80 ml) milk (any kind)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces (170 g) French fried onions
Instructions
1-In a medium bowl, mix together the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to create a creamy sauce.
2-Fold the drained 3 cans of green beans and half of the 6 ounces of French fried onions gently into the sauce.
3-Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, then pour the green bean mixture into it.
4-Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or on high for 1 to 1.5 hours.
5-Before serving, sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top to add that crispy topping.
