Instructions

1-First, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.

5-Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until the liquid reduces and the shrimp is fully cooked.

6-Finally, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, and parsley, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
