Instructions

6. Grill packets for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake on a rimmed baking sheet for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Check chicken doneness with a thermometer; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
8. Carefully open packets, sprinkle cheese, and reseal or leave open to melt cheese for 2-3 minutes.
9. Remove from heat and add desired toppings like cilantro and avocado.
