Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C) to get ready for baking.
2-Mix dry ingredients: In one bowl, combine ΒΎ cup flour, β cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ΒΌ teaspoon salt until mixed well.
3-Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 cup granulated sugar, β cup vegetable oil, Β½ cup milk, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
4-Combine mixtures: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the batter light.
5-Bake cupcakes: Fill cupcake liners three-quarters full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6-Cool cupcakes: Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before moving on to decoration.
7-Frost cupcakes: Lightly frost each cupcake with 1 cup chocolate frosting as a base.
8-Assemble the turkey: Assemble the turkey by using a peanut butter cup as the head, then attach 24 small candy eyes, 6 halved orange candy pieces for beaks, and 12 red gummy worms for the wattle with frosting as glue.
9-Arrange tail feathers: Arrange 20 pieces of candy corn to form the tail feathers, using 10 pieces per cupcake for a festive look.
