– 1 1/2 tablespoons red velvet emulsion

– 1 1/2 cups cake flour

– 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/4 teaspoon table salt or 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 3/4 cup buttermilk

– 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

1-Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin as needed.

2-Mix wet and dry ingredients alternately.

3-Fold in whipped cream for fluffiness.

4-Add filling and topping before baking.

5-Adjust oven temperature midway for perfect rise.
