Instructions
1-Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. SautΓ© the diced Β½ yellow onion and sliced 3 bell peppers for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened.
2-Add 1 pound of top sirloin steak, cut into strips, and cook to your preferred doneness while seasoning with 1 package of fajita seasoning. Flank or skirt steak can be used as substitutes for added variety.
3-Stir in 2 cups of Minute Rice and 2 cups of chicken broth, adjusting liquid and cooking time if using a different rice type. Add 8 ounces of tomato sauce, mix well, bring to a simmer, and cook until the rice is tender.
4-Once the rice is cooked, drizzle queso cheese or cheese dip over the top for a creamy finish. Serve warm to enjoy the sizzling flavors at their best.
