🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie offers rich, creamy layers paired with a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, creating an indulgent dessert experience.
🥜 This pie combines smooth peanut butter and fluffy whipped topping for a perfectly balanced texture that delights every bite.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 22 minutes
  • Yield: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

– 25 chocolate sandwich cookies for crust

– 5 tablespoons salted butter, melted for crust

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter for filling

– 225 grams (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened for filling

– 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar for filling

– 225 grams (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed for filling

Instructions

1-Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get things warming up.

2-Crush those 25 chocolate sandwich cookies fine, either in a food processor or by hand, then mix in the 5 tablespoons of melted salted butter until it all sticks together.

3-Press that cookie mix firmly into the bottom and sides of your pie plate to form the crust.

4-Bake it for 5 to 7 minutes until it’s set, then pull it out and let it cool completely this step locks in that chocolatey base.

5-In a bowl, beat together the 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 225 grams (8 oz.) of softened cream cheese until it’s super smooth.

6-Mix in the 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar and keep beating until everything’s fluffy and combined.

7-Fold in the 225 grams (8 oz.) of thawed whipped topping gently, making sure it’s all blended without losing that light texture.

8-Pour the filling into your cooled crust and smooth it out evenly.

9-Pop the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or even longer, to let it set up nicely.
