1 can peach slices in syrup (or fresh peaches, chopped)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or crushed digestive biscuits
1/4 cup glaze (store-bought or homemade with powdered sugar and milk)
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1-Make Peach Cobbler Filling: Combine peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until peaches are tender and sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
2-Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add heavy cream and continue mixing until the filling is fluffy and creamy. Set aside.
3-Fry Donuts: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Shape biscuit dough into donut forms. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and cool slightly.
4-Assemble Donuts: Cut each donut in half horizontally. Spread cheesecake filling on the bottom half. Top with peach cobbler filling.
5-Top Donuts: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Drizzle with glaze and dust with cinnamon.
