1 lb (about 454 g) colossal shrimp

8 oz (227 g) smoked sausage

2 1/2 cups (600 ml) heavy whipping cream

1 can (15 oz / 425 g) crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup (approximately 60 g) chopped mushrooms

12 oz (340 g) crawfish tail meat

1 package linguine pasta

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp butter

1 diced green bell pepper

1/2 diced onion

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2-Season peeled and deveined shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, and paprika.

3-Cook the seasoned shrimp in 1 tbsp melted butter for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked, then set aside.

4-Brown the sliced smoked sausage in another tablespoon of butter and set aside.

5-SautΓ© diced onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and minced garlic until softened, then stir in lemon juice.

6-Add crushed tomatoes and heavy cream, season with remaining 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

7-Mix in crawfish tails and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the sauce thickens.

8-Combine the cooked linguine with the sauce, then top with cooked shrimp and sausage.

9-Optionally, garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.
