Ingredients

– 2 cups peeled and sliced peaches

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tablespoons cornstarch

– 4 tablespoons melted butter

– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get ready for baking. In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups of peeled and sliced peaches, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch, then spoon this mixture evenly into four lightly sprayed ramekins.

2-Next, in the same bowl, mix 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, then add 4 tablespoons of melted butter and stir until the mixture has a sandy texture.

3-Press handfuls of this topping together to form clumps and sprinkle them over the peaches in the ramekins. Place the ramekinspsychological on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the topping is lightly golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

4-Allow the mini peach crisps to cool for 15 minutes before serving, and optionally top with whipped cream for extra enjoyment.
