Instructions

Submerge the 2 Β½ pound boneless pork loin roast fully in the brine mixture and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours to let those sweet and savory flavors penetrate and tenderize the meat.

2-After brining, remove the pork loin from the mixture and pat it dry with paper towels to ensure a great sear. Season it with salt and freshly ground black pepper for an extra kick.
