πŸ₯ These Mango Plum Popsicles combine fresh fruit and natural sweetness for a refreshing and healthy treat.
🍧 Perfect for warm days or anytime you crave a fruity snack, they are simple to make and packed with vibrant flavors.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup of mango cut into small cubes

– 2 large mangos peeled and sliced

– 1 cup of mango juice

– 3 plums peeled and sliced

– 2 cups ripe mango chunks provide natural sweetness and creaminess

– 1 Β½ cups fresh plum slices add a tangy flavor and vibrant color

– 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup natural sweetener enhancing the fruity taste

– 1/2 cup coconut milk creates a smooth texture and adds richness

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice balances sweetness and preserves freshness

Instructions

1-First, wash and peel the 2 large mangos and 3 plums thoroughly, then slice them into chunks suitable for blending. The mango juice and mango slices are blended until smooth, then set aside for later. Meanwhile, the plums are pureed separately, adding a little water if necessary to get the right consistency.

2-Next, place the mango chunks, plum slices, coconut milk, honey (or your preferred sweetener), and lemon juice into a blender, along with the prepared mango mixture. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring all fruit pieces are fully pureed. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness with additional sweetener or lemon juice as desired.

3-Popsicle molds are filled with about 1 tablespoon of mango cubes.

4-Pour the mango mixture into the molds, leaving about 1 inch at the top for expansion.

5-Top with the plum puree before inserting sticks and placing the molds in the freezer.

6-Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set. To serve, run molds under warm water briefly to release popsicles easily.

Notes

πŸ“ Use ripe, sweet mangoes and plums for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
πŸ₯„ Adjust the amount of water in the plum puree if it’s too thick to layer smoothly.
❄️ Let the popsicles freeze fully to ensure they hold together when removed from the molds.
