🦀 Enjoy crunchy and creamy Crab Rangoon Rolls that combine soft dinner rolls with a savory crab cream cheese filling.
🧄 The addition of garlic butter flavor and golden frying creates a delicious appetizer perfect for any gathering.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 rolls

Ingredients

– 12 small soft dinner rolls

– 225 grams (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

– 200 grams (7 ounces) crab meat (imitation or real), drained and flaked

– 3 green onions, finely chopped

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

– 1 teaspoon soy sauce

– 1 egg, beaten

– 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1-Carefully separate the dinner rolls and hollow out the soft centers to create a cavity for the filling.

2-In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

3-Fill each hollowed-out roll with the crab mixture, ensuring not to overfill to prevent leaking.

4-Seal the rolls carefully and brush the outside with the beaten egg.

5-Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the filled rolls, turning as needed, until they are golden brown on all sides (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).

6-Remove the rolls and drain on paper towels before serving.
