Ingredients

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) to get that ideal heat for caramelizing the carrots.

2-Toss the carrots in a large baking dish with olive or chili oil, hot honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then arrange them in a single layer for even cooking.

3-Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the carrots become tender and develop a nice glaze.

4-Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the carrots, giving them a quick toss to coat evenly.

5-Garnish with extra hot honey, red pepper flakes, flaky sea salt, and chopped parsley before serving for added flair.
