397 grams caramel condensed milk
200 grams plain biscuits
240 ml double, heavy, or whipping cream
80 grams honeycomb chocolate bars
Instructions
1-Beat the cream in a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overbeat.
2-Gently fold in the caramel condensed milk until well combined.
3-Place a layer of biscuits at the bottom of a 9-inch by 7-inch dish.
4-Spread half of the cream and caramel mixture over the biscuits.
5-Chop one honeycomb chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle over the mixture.
6-Add another layer of biscuits.
7-Spread the remaining cream and caramel mixture on top. Crush the remaining biscuits, mix with the second chopped honeycomb chocolate bar, and scatter over the top.
8-Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
