Instructions
1-First, prepare the chicken by cutting 500g of boneless, skinless breast in half horizontally and seasoning with salt and pepper.
2-Lightly coat the pieces in 1/4 cup of flour or cornstarch.
3-Heat 3 1/2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a pan over high heat and sear the chicken until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4-Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of butter, stirring until melted.
5-Pour in 1 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/3 cup of honey; simmer for one minute until thickened.
6-Coat the chicken in the sauce and adjust with water if needed; serve immediately.
