🧄 This dish combines zesty lemon, savory garlic, and rich parmesan for a deliciously easy dinner everyone will love.

  • Total Time: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1 large lemon, juiced (yields approximately 2 tablespoons)

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon honey

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– Salt to taste

– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1-Getting started with this recipe: First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit it’s that simple to kick things off. Rinse and pat dry the 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs, then pop them into a resealable bag for easy marinating.

2-Next, mix up the marinade in a small bowl: combine 1/4 cup olive oil, the juice from 1 large lemon (about 2 tablespoons), 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, salt to taste, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Pour three-fourths of this mix into the bag with the chicken, seal it up, and give it a good toss to coat everything evenly. Pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or even overnight for deeper flavors, but remember to set aside the rest of the marinade for later keep it away from the raw chicken for safety!

3-Once it’s ready, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or use the air fryer for about 12 minutes until it’s cooked through.
