1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
