– 1 large head Green cabbage chopped

Instructions

1-First, prepare all ingredients by chopping the cabbage, onion, carrots, and mincing garlic while measuring spices and broth.

2-Second, in a large pot over medium heat, brown the 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.

3-Third, add the chopped yellow onion, 3 large carrots, and minced garlic; sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.

4-Fourth, pour in 4 cups of broth and the chopped ripe tomatoes, stirring to combine everything nicely.

5-Fifth, mix in the chopped green cabbage, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and sea salt to taste; bring to a boil.

6-Sixth, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to let flavors blend.
