2 cups (16 fl oz/450 ml) whole milk, at room temperature

1 can (13 fl oz/400 ml) coconut milk

Β½ cup (4 oz/115 g) melted butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

1-Preheat oven: Set to 350Β°F and prepare pan

2-Mix dry ingredients: Combine flour, sugar, etc.

3-Add wet ingredients: Whisk and strain batter

4-Bake and cool: 50-60 minutes until golden
