π§ For a lighter texture, reduce butter amount to 1/2 cup (4 oz/115 g).
π΄ Add 1 cup (about 85 g) unsweetened shredded coconut to enhance coconut flavor.
πΎ Ensure to use glutinous rice flour, not regular rice flour, for the proper chewy texture.
