Instructions

1-First, brown the onion, ground beef, and garlic in a large pot over medium heat until no pink remains, then drain any fat.

2-Next, add the potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes with their juices, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and bay leaf to the pot.

3-Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

4-After that, stir in the mixed vegetables and simmer for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
