Fresh corn, cut into 1-inch rounds
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil for drizzling or brushing
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Optional: minced garlic or dried Italian herbs
Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Thread the vegetables onto metal skewers or place them in a grilling basket.
