12 medium to large shrimp (fresh or thawed if frozen, peeled and deveined)

46 slices crispy bacon

1/2 cup croutons

Large flour tortillas (enough for 2 wraps)

1/2 cup mayonnaise for the homemade Caesar dressing

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for the homemade Caesar dressing

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for the homemade Caesar dressing

1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste for the homemade Caesar dressing

1 tablespoon lemon juice for the homemade Caesar dressing and for squeezing over shrimp during cooking

1 teaspoon sugar for the homemade Caesar dressing

Pepper to taste for the homemade Caesar dressing and for seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for the homemade Caesar dressing

Cooking oil for cooking the shrimp

Instructions

1-First, prepare the shrimp by peeling, deveining, and seasoning them with 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Use about 12 medium to large shrimp, and cook them in cooking oil over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes per side, squeezing fresh lemon juice over them during cooking for extra zest.

2-Second, preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly charred. While the shrimp are grilling, bake the bacon slices at 425°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes until crispy, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.

3-Third, chop the romaine lettuce (about 2 cups) and set aside the other ingredients like the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons. For the dressing, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, pepper to taste, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, then refrigerate it.

4-Fourth, warm the large flour tortillas by searing each side for 15-30 seconds in a pan to make them flexible. Combine the romaine lettuce, Parmesan, croutons, bacon, about 2-3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing, and 1 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl.
