🍔 Grilled Beef Burgers offer a juicy and flavorful meal perfect for any BBQ gathering.
🌿 Easy to customize with a variety of toppings and sides for a versatile dinner experience.

  • Total Time: 30 to 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 2 pounds ground beef blend for juiciness and rich beef flavor

– 1 tablespoon salt for enhancing and balancing the natural taste of the meat

– 1 ½ tablespoons dried minced onions or onion powder for adding sweet, savory notes

– 1 tablespoon garlic powder for deepening flavor with aromatic warmth

– ½ tablespoon black pepper for introducing mild heat and complexity

– ½ tablespoon paprika for giving subtle smokiness and color to the patties

– cheese

– burger buns

– lettuce

– tomato

– mayonnaise

– mustard

– preferred sauces

– fresh greens

Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 400 to 450°F (204 to 232°C). This temperature is ideal for searing the burgers and locking in moisture for juicy results. Ensure your grill grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

2-Second Step: In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef with salt, dried minced onions or onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix carefully without overworking the meat to maintain a tender patty texture.

3-Third Step: Divide the mixture into 6 loose balls weighing roughly ⅓ pound (about 150 grams) each. Flatten each ball into a patty approximately ¾ inch thick and 4½ inches wide. Make a dimple about ½ inch deep in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during grilling. If patties feel warm, chill them for 5–10 minutes before grilling to help maintain their shape.

4-Fourth Step: Place the patties on the hot grill grates. Grill for about 4 minutes on the first side until golden brown with a nice char. Flip once using a spatula, and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy: medium-rare at 135°F (57°C), medium at 145°F (63°C), medium-well at 155°F (68°C), and well done at 165°F (74°C).

5-Fifth Step: While the burgers cook, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute until warm and slightly crispy. You may brush the buns with a little butter or olive oil for extra flavor and crispness.

6-Final Step: Remove the patties from the grill and add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking if desired, allowing it to melt. Place each beef patty on the bun, and top with lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, mustard, or your favorite burger sauces and greens. Customize toppings according to dietary preferences or flavor desires. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
