🥬 This Simple Green Juice Recipe offers a refreshing and nutrient-packed homemade drink to boost your daily vegetable intake.
🍏 It supports energy levels and helps curb cravings while providing a delicious blend of fresh greens and fruits for overall wellness.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 large glasses (about 6 ounces each)

Ingredients

– 1 bunch kale Packed with vitamins and a hearty green base

– 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled Adds a zesty, anti-inflammatory kick

– 1 Granny Smith apple Provides natural sweetness and vitamin C

– 5 celery stalks, ends trimmed Offers crisp texture and digestive support

– ½ large English cucumber Delivers hydration and a mild, refreshing flavor

– Handful fresh parsley Boosts antioxidants and fresh herbal notes

Instructions

1-First, wash and prepare the vegetables and apple by cutting them into large chunks. If you’re using a blender, chop them smaller for better results.

2-Next, juice the ingredients in the order listed with a juicer, or add them all to a blender and blend on high until liquefied.

3-If blending, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, pressing with the back of a spoon to get all the liquid out.

4-Finally, serve it right away for the best taste and nutrition benefits.
