Ingredients

– 1 lb (approximately 450 g) chicken breasts

– 5 medium-sized potatoes

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Garlic powder (amount to taste)

– Paprika for potatoes (amount to taste)

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 2 tablespoons minced garlic

– Garlic Parmesan sauce (enough to cover chicken)

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1-Wash and cube the potatoes evenly, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and minced garlic. Stir well to coat.

2-Spray the crockpot with cooking spray and add the seasoned potatoes.

3-Cube the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

4-Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes, then cover with garlic Parmesan sauce.

5-Cook on low heat for about 6 hours or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the potatoes are tender.

6-Stir the mixture, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.

7-Serve warm, and consider adding sides like ranch dressing or green beans for extra zest.
