πŸ₯© Enjoy tender and flavorful Garlic Butter Steak Bites that come together quickly for a satisfying meal.
πŸ§„ This recipe offers an easy pan-seared method with rich garlic butter and fresh herbs for an irresistible taste.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil for searing the steak

– 2 pounds (about 900 grams) steak, cut into one-inch bite-size pieces

– 2 teaspoons salt to season the steak evenly

– 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to balance the richness

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) for a bit of heat

– 2 tablespoons butter or ghee for a creamy, rich sauce

– 6 cloves minced garlic for aromatic flavor

– 1/4 cup chopped parsley for a fresh, herby finish

– Green onion for garnish

Instructions

1-Season the steak bites evenly with 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes if you want some heat. This step takes just a minute and ensures every bite is full of flavor.

2-Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil. Once it’s hot, cook the steak bites in a single layer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally and working in batches to avoid overcrowding for even browning.

3-Remove the steak from the skillet and drain any excess moisture from the pan. This keeps the next steps from getting watery and helps build a great sauce.

4-Add 2 tablespoons butter or ghee to the pan and sautΓ© 6 cloves of minced garlic for one minute until it’s fragrant but not burnt.

5-Return the steak bites to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Finally, remove from heat, stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley, garnish with green onion, and serve immediately.
