– 8 slices soft white bread (crusts removed)

– 3 tablespoons butter (for the sauté pan, for cooking)

– Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

1-First, make the butter mixture by melting 3 tablespoons butter and stirring in 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon until smooth. Set it aside for later use.

2-Next, prepare the egg dip by whisking 2 large eggs with 1/4 cup milk in a shallow bowl it’s that simple breakfast ideas magic right there.

3-Then, mix up the cinnamon-sugar topping with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
