4-Baking: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, until the top forms a thin crust and the center registers 200°F.
5-Cooling: Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate. Allow to cool completely before glazing.
6-Glaze Preparation: For the glaze, heat cream until fine bubbles form. Pour over chocolate chips and let rest for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
7-Finishing: Spoon the glaze over the cooled cake. Allow it to set for several hours before serving.
