1 egg yolk
1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk for brushing
Pearl or granulated sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
1-Gather ingredients and warm the butter.
2-Dissolve yeast in milk and mix with other ingredients.
3-Knead and let the dough rise for 2 hours.
4-Shape into bunnies and let rise again for 20 minutes.
5-Bake and cool the buns.
