– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 3 cups flour (all-purpose flour or bread flour)
– 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter mixed with 1 tablespoon honey for topping
Instructions
1-Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
2-Punch down the dough and divide it into 14-16 equal portions, shaping each into a roll.
3-Arrange the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover them, and let them rise again for 30-45 minutes.
4-Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until theyβre golden brown.
5-Once baked, brush on the optional honey-butter topping for extra shine and flavor.
