Grab Your Crockpot And Let’s Get Cooking, Jen’s Favorite Crockpot Recipes
Alrighty, let me tell ya something. My crockpot is hands down my favorite appliance in the whole kitchen. Breakfast, dinner, appetizers, even dessert, that little countertop hero handles it all while I am busy doing literally anything else.
That is exactly why I pulled together this collection of crockpot recipes for every meal, from easy dump dinners to party snacks and sweet treats.
These are the easy slow cooker recipes I keep coming back to when I want dinner on the table with almost no effort at all. Most of them call for five ingredients or fewer, so you spend less time shopping and way less time chopping.

If you are a busy parent, a student, a working professional, or just someone who would rather not babysit a skillet after a long day, you are in the right spot.

Before we get to the full list, let me share the star of the show, Crockpot Lasagna. It is the free recipe I hand out to newsletter subscribers, and it is the reason so many folks fall in love with their slow cooker all over again. Here is what you need.

| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Ground beef, browned | 1 pound |
| Favorite pasta sauce | 1 jar or can |
| Uncooked lasagna noodles | 1 box |
| Shredded mozzarella | 1 1/2 cups |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 1/2 cups, which is one container |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 2 TBS |
Now for the fun part. This is a layered lasagna, so you build it right in the crockpot, and the noodles go in uncooked. Yes, really. Here is the whole process, step by step.

- Spoon a few tablespoons of pasta sauce into the bottom of the crockpot to coat it.
- Mix the rest of the sauce with the cooked ground beef.
- Place a layer of uncooked noodles on the bottom. Break pieces to fill the gaps, but try not to overlap the noodles.
- Spread one third of the meat and sauce mixture over the noodles, then add half of the ricotta, then sprinkle on some mozzarella and some parmesan.
- Add another layer of uncooked noodles and repeat with the meat, sauce, and cheeses.
- Put the lid on and cook on HIGH for at least 3 hours.
- The only thing that truly needs to cook in the crockpot is the noodles, since the meat is already browned. At the 3 hour mark, test the noodles with a toothpick or a butter knife to be sure they are tender and cooked thoroughly.
Quick note: keep an eye on those noodles. If they are still firm at the 3 hour mark, pop the lid back on and give them a little more time on HIGH. Every crockpot runs a touch differently.
That is it. Comfort food with almost no effort, and the leftovers taste even better the next day.

Beyond the lasagna, this March newsletter rounds up my favorite crockpot recipes for party food, breakfast, easy dump dinners with five ingredients or fewer, no fail roasts, and even side dishes. Keep reading, because there is something here for every meal and every crowd.

You will find comforting classics, skillet suppers, casseroles, and plenty of slow cooker friendly options that stretch a pound of beef further than you would expect. That matters when you are feeding a family and watching the grocery bill at the same time.

Use these as a starting point for your weekly plan. Pick three or four, add a couple of easy sides, and the whole week of dinners is basically handled.
The Easiest Set ‘N Forget Crock Pot Appetizers To Make For Parties
Party food should never keep you stuck in the kitchen, and this roundup solves that. It is all about simple crockpot party finger snacks, appetizers, and dips that you set and forget while you get ready for guests.
Warm dips stay creamy and scoopable for hours, which means people keep coming back for more. Little meatballs, cheesy bites, and savory snacks all hold beautifully on the warm setting, so nothing goes cold in the middle of the party.

If you are hosting game day, a holiday gathering, or a casual get together, having one or two of these going in the corner is a game changer. You look like a hero, and you barely lifted a finger.
13 Crockpot Mac n Cheese Recipe Variations, Easy No Boil Recipes To Feed a Crowd
Mac and cheese in a slow cooker is pure comfort, and this collection gives you 13 easy no boil variations to play with. No boiling a big pot of pasta first, no draining, no extra dishes. The noodles cook right in the sauce, which is exactly the kind of low effort cooking I love.
These recipes are built to feed a crowd, so they work great for potlucks, holidays, and big family dinners. You can keep things classic and creamy, or switch up the cheeses and add ins to match whatever your crew likes.

Once you make mac and cheese this way, going back to the box is honestly tough. It is rich, cheesy, and about as hands off as dinner gets.
Crockpot Desserts: 19 Dump and Go Crockpot Dessert Recipes For a Potluck Crowd
Yes, you can absolutely make dessert in a crockpot, and this collection proves it with 19 dump and go recipes. Think warm, gooey, spoonable sweets that make the whole house smell incredible while they cook.
These are potluck winners. Cobblers, cakes, and pudding style desserts all work beautifully in a slow cooker, and they stay warm for serving, which is a huge plus when people are grazing all evening.

My favorite part is how little work they take. You mix, you dump, you cover, and dessert basically makes itself while you eat dinner. Add a scoop of ice cream and nobody will guess how easy it was.
Slow Cooker Bread and Cake Recipes, Yes! In Your Crockpot!
Here is one that surprises people every single time. You can make bread and cake in a slow cooker. This collection teaches you how, and once you understand the method, a whole new world of easy baking opens up.
Slow cooker bread comes out moist and tender with a soft crust, which makes it perfect for slicing warm with butter. Cakes bake up dense and rich, almost like a steamed pudding, and they are wonderfully forgiving because the gentle, even heat does not dry them out.

The trick is patience and a clean kitchen towel or lid setup to keep condensation from dripping onto the top. Once you get that down, you will be baking without ever turning on the oven, which is a beautiful thing in the middle of summer.
So there you have it, crockpot recipes for every meal of the day. Grab your slow cooker, pick one, and let dinner make itself tonight.
