6- Add 1 or 2 (6 oz) boxes cornbread stuffing or dressing mix and the cooked vegetables to the remaining soup mixture in the bowl; stir to combine, then spread this stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup in the slow cooker.
7- Cover the slow cooker opening with doubled paper towels, then place the lid firmly on top.

9- After cooking, remove the lid and paper towels, let the casserole sit uncovered for 15 minutes, and fluff the top layer with a fork if desired.
