Ingredients

– 6 slices bacon

– 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pieces

– ΒΌ cup chicken broth

– 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

– 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

– 1 Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

– ΒΌ cup thinly sliced green onion

– 12 Hawaiian rolls

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– Β½ teaspoon minced garlic

– 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool, then chop.

2-Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.

3-Place a large pot on medium heat. Add cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch mix. Cook, whisking frequently, until smooth.

4-Stir in chopped bacon, chicken, Β½ cup cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.

5-Cut the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

6-Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the roll bottoms. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Place the tops on the sliders.

7-Melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the slider tops. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chives.

8-Bake the sliders for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden.

9-Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into 12 individual sliders before serving.
