1-Preheat the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for even cooking.
2-Place the lobster tails: Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes.
3-Flip them: Flip them and grill shell side down for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
4-Garnish: Garnish with 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro right before serving for a fresh finish.
