1 ounce orange liqueur

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice plus a lime wedge for rimming the glass

½ ounce agave nectar or freshly squeezed orange juice with additional amounts to taste

Ice

Tajín seasoning or kosher salt for optional glass rim

Instructions

1-Prepare ingredients by slicing jalapeno and juicing citrus.

2-Muddle jalapeno in the shaker.

3-Add liquids and shake with ice.

4-Strain and garnish.
