Ingredients
– 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, approximately 10 inches by 10 inches (25 cm by 25 cm), thawed
– 1 cup dark (semisweet) chocolate chips or preferred chocolate
– 1 tablespoon powdered (icing) sugar for dusting
Instructions
1-Place one thawed puff pastry sheet on a cutting board and cut it into 6 rectangles measuring about 3 inches by 5 inches (8 cm by 12.5 cm)
2-Scatter half of the chocolate chips evenly over the pastry rectangles
3-Roll up each rectangle from the short end to enclose the chocolate chips
4-Repeat with the second puff pastry sheet and the remaining chocolate chips
5-Place the rolled pastries seam side down on the baking sheet
6-Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
7-Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar
